My washing machine wot blew up got fixed last week, 2 weeks and $140 after it went belly up. The repairman said it was burnt out from a power surge and growled about computerised appliances not being on a zap catcher. So when it was fixed I put it on one, cos he told me to and besides, every other large appliance in the house has one and I just know it was feeling unappreciated without one.

Five days and four washes later, it's dead again. I am unhappy... verrrrrrrry unhappy.
